This smacks more of fascist totalitarian '1984' reactions, rather than rational discussion, searches for precise help and defining what can be considered pandemic, seasonal flu or mild, every day illnesses that may have to power to take down those less able to resist, due to pre-existing conditions and weakened immune systems.
