⚡️ Report of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on the progress of the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine (06.12.2022)
Part 1
◽️ On December 5, Russian troops inflicted a massive strike with high-precision long-range air and sea-based weapons on the military command and control system, defense complex facilities and related energy facilities of Ukraine. The target has been reached. All assigned objects are hit.
◽️ As a result of the strike, the production and repair of Ukrainian weapons at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex was stopped, the railway transportation of military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including foreign-made ones, was disrupted. The transfer of reserves to combat areas is difficult. I emphasise that there were no missile attacks on the city of Kyiv.
💥 In the Krasno-Limansky direction, Russian troops carried out offensive operations, as a result of which they took advantageous lines and new positions.
As a result of artillery fire, assault and army aviation strikes, but more than 80 Ukrainian servicemen, two tanks, three armoured fighting vehicles and two pickup trucks.
💥 In the Kupyansk direction, preemptive artillery fire in the area of concentration of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine prevented an attempt by the enemy to attack in the direction of the Kuzemovka settlement of the Luhansk People's Republic. Up to 65 Ukrainian servicemen, two infantry fighting vehicles and one pickup truck were destroyed.
💥 Offensive operations of Russian troops are successfully continuing in the Donetsk direction. Attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to counterattack Russian units in the areas of the settlements of Spornoe, Kurdyumovka and Maryinka of the Donetsk People's Republic were repelled. More than 60 Ukrainian servicemen and five armoured combat vehicles were destroyed during the day.
💥 In the South-Donetsk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position in the areas of the settlements of Vladimirovka of the Donetsk People's Republic and Novodarovka of the Zaporozhye region. The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were stopped by ground attack aircraft strikes and artillery fire. and pushed back to their original positions. Enemy losses amounted to more than 30 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, two infantry fighting vehicles and three vehicles.

💥 Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile forces and artillery defeated four command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, Stepne, Zaporozhye region, Kramatorsk and Artemovsk of the Donetsk People's Republic. In addition, 83 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 176 districts were hit.
💥 In the area of the settlement of Ilyichovka, Kharkiv region, the point of temporary deployment of foreign mercenaries was hit.
💥 A radar station of the Ukrainian S-300 anti-aircraft missile system was destroyed in the area of the settlement of Andreevka in the Donetsk People's Republic.
💥 Three depots of rocket and artillery weapons and ammunition were destroyed in the areas of the settlements of Gulyaipole, Stepne and Primorskoye of the Zaporozhye region.
💥 Aerospace Force Fighter Aircraft Russia shot down a MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near the village of Yasenovoe in the Donetsk People's Republic.
◽️ Air defense systems destroyed six unmanned aerial vehicles per day in the areas of the settlements of Olkhovatka, Kharkiv region, Zhitlovka, Stelmakhovka, Lugansk People's Republic, Vasilievka, Sladkoe, Zaporozhye region.
◽️ In addition, 15 rockets of the HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems were intercepted in the areas of the settlements of Komissarovka of the Lugansk People's Republic, Bogdanovka of the Kherson region, Tokmok and Melitopol of the Zaporozhye region. Two American HARM anti-radar missiles were shot down near the village of Morozovka, Kherson region.
📊 In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 340 aircraft, 180 helicopters, 2634 unmanned aerial vehicles, 391 anti-aircraft missile systems, 7010 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 910 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 3662 field guns have been destroyedartillery and mortar, as well as 7484 units of special military vehicles.
